thank you for your email. The file jrvlp1.dll that you sent to us for analysis was a potentially unwanted application, LinkOptimizer. An IDE file that will allow Sophos to detect this should be released on the Databank and our web site later this afternoon.

The sample submitted is a Potentially Unwanted Program (PUP). It does not contain a virus, and is not considered a trojan because it does not damage systems maliciously.
Attached is a file for extra detection, which will be included in a future DAT set.
