NOTA: non inviare log di HijackThis o Systemscan per l'analisi perchè verranno cancellati senza risposta! Per l'analisi dei log potete registrarvi nel forum e aprire una discussione.

How to use this service

  1. Create una nuova cartella sul desktop
  2. Inserite al suo interno il file che riteniate possa essere infetto
  3. Zippate il file e salvatelo con la password suspectfile (estensioni accettate sono Zip, Rar e Cab)
  4. Per inviarci il file basterà cliccare sul tasto "Sfoglia", cercare il proprio file e premere il pulsante "Upload File"

Non dimenticate di inserire la vostra e-mail altrimenti ci sarà impossibile inviarvi una risposta, se volete potete aggiungere una breve descrizione del problema ed anche il link del forum nel caso vi sia stato chiesto di uplodare il file qui da noi.

  2. Insert inside the new folder the file you think might be infected.
  3. Zip the file and save it with the following password: suspectfile (allowed extensions are Zip, Rar and Cab)
  4. To send us the file click on the button "Sfoglia", select the archive and then click on the button "Upload File"

Please, do not forget to fill the form with your email address, otherwise we couldn't contact you with the answer. You can also add a short description of your problem and the link of the discussion/forum that suggested you to use this service.
